Our turnaround time on standard cases is 10 Business days
and 15 business days on implant case.

Fernando Sanchez, CDT
Fernando is a graduate of both Riverside Community College California and Texas State Technical College of Harlingen where he studied Dental Laboratory Technology and Sciences. Fernando has over 30 years of experience working in the dental lab industry, specializing in crown and bridge restorations. Fernando joined Pinnacle as a partner in 2015 and currently heads up the Digital Scanning and Milling departments, as well being the day-to-day Production Manager.
Gary W. Osborn, CDT
Co-Owner/Founder
Gary W. Osborn, CDT graduated Career Academy of Dental Technology 1970, National Board Certified 1975 graduate of L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Fla. Two-year residency with prominent Dallas prosthodontist, studying implantology and full mouth reconstruction, with concentrated studies on planning and consultation for consistent results. Currently consults with oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and general dentist to create restorations that are both beautiful and sustainable for our clients' patients. Gary has lectured on laminate veneer techniques at the Texas Dental Association meeting is San Antonio, Texas. Receiving the coveted People's Choice Award for table clinics at the Dallas Mid-Winter dental meeting. Gary has also conducted table clinics on all porcelain restoration benefits and function at the New Mexico State Dental Meeting. He is the head of the Digital Design Department, Diagnostic and Treatment Planning and Implant Departments.
